🚀 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end users (PCs, laptops, peripherals)
• Manage user accounts (creation, termination, access control)
• Maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity (LAN/WAN, WiFi, Firewall)
• Oversee IT equipment lifecycle (inventory, procurement, vendor coordination)
• Support and maintain video conferencing (VC) and AV systems in meeting rooms
• Coordinate structured cabling and IT infrastructure setups
• Maintain IT documentation (inventory, diagrams, technical records)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues

🧠 Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in IT Support / Technical Support roles
• Strong knowledge of networking (switching, firewall, WiFi)
• Experience with Windows and MacOS administration
• Basic knowledge of server environments (on-premise / cloud)
• Experience with Google Workspace is a plus
• Good communication skills in English

⭐ Nice to Have:

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, MCP
• Basic understanding of ITIL framework
• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
