IT Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist with experience in L1 and L2 support levels, focused on end-user support, incident resolution, and IT infrastructure maintenance. This role is key to ensuring the continuous operation of IT services in a corporate environment.

🎯 Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users (L1 & L2) for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to infrastructure, networking, endpoints, and cloud services.
- Manage user accounts and access control through Active Directory and identity management tools.
- Strong knowledge of: Windows 10/11 and MacOS
- Configure and support VPN connections and network connectivity (LAN/WAN, WiFi, firewall).
- Provide on-site and remote support, including handling VIP users.
- Manage and track tickets using ticketing systems, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Escalate incidents based on priority and impact.
- Administer endpoints using tools such as Intune / Endpoint Management (MDM).
- Maintain up-to-date IT documentation (inventory, diagrams, configurations).
- Support implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Experience implementing and managing:MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), Data encryption, Privileged access administration

- Knowledge strong CCNA CCNP, and similar
